Rolled up socks or newspaper crumpled into balls.
How To Play:
This game is best played in a small area. Divide a space into two, three or four areas. One kid sits in each area. Each has a supply of “snowballs”. When the leader says “go,” the kids start throwing the snowballs into the other areas while trying to keep them out of their own. After thirty seconds the game is stopped. The kid with the most snowballs in their area is eliminated. The last kid remaining is the winner.
“Give them a roll of tape and ask them to build a fort.”
