Fish Pond

A game that is just as much fun to make as it is to play.  You’ll love playing in the Fish Pond with the kids.

Equipment Needed:

Construction paper, string, long mixing spoon, large paper clip, scissors.

How To Play:

Cut construction paper into squares 2 inches by 4 inches. Fold over so that the squares are now 2 inches by 2 inches. Draw the outline of a fish on one side of each piece of paper. Keeping the paper folded carefully cut out the shape leaving some paper between the two sides to create a hinge. At the hinge cut out a square piece. The fish should now sit on the floor with a square hole in the top. Take the large paper clip and fold out one side to form a hook. Tie one end of the string to the paper clip and the other to the mixing spoon to form the fishing rod.

Brian suggests:

The only fish game I know that won’t stink out the place if you play in the sun.
