Plaster Broach

Materials Needed:Plaster-Broach

Plaster of Paris, metal teaspoon, small flowers, safety pin.

Arrange small flowers inside the clean spoon.

Mix plaster of Paris and pour into spoon. Allow to set slightly.

Place safety pin into spoon until one side of the pin is submerged into the plaster. Allow to dry.

Brian says:

Instead of a safety pin, use a magnet.

You can use anything that is small and thin instead of the flowers.

Broach can be painted or the Plaster of Paris can be colored with food coloring when its being mixed.

Use sand paper to flatten or smooth the back.
