What To Do With The Kids!

Abner Wimpley was born and raised in the deep woods of the great north. His two greatest passions growing up were hockey and his parent’s summer camp.

His other passion was summer camp. As a camper, Abner loved spending his summers at Camp Mini-Ha-Ha on the banks of beautiful Big Stink Lake. As he got older he was hired on as the assistant to the dishwasher but eventually worked his way up to Mini-Ha-Ha’s program director. Not only did he show the campers a great time with games, crafts and different special events but also found that teaching the counselors to do the same was just as rewarding. Abner knew that if he could teach one counselor what he knew, that counselor would move on to teach others and so on. All of this was driven by Abner’s motto: Making kids laugh on the inside and out!

Eventually Big Stink Lake became a popular tourist location but the camp remains as busy as ever.  When not at camp, Abner travels all over the place and helps teach parents, adults and anyone else who loves kids the finer points of games and crafts. When he’s not traveling, he’s adding more stuff to the website so check back often.
