Floating Fish

Materials Needed:Floating-Fish

Construction paper, colored tissue paper, craft eyes, glue, string, yarn or fishing line.

Draw outline of fish onto a piece of construction paper and cut out. Glue craft eye.

Select a piece of colored tissue paper and cut into little squares. Crunch up the squares to form little balls.

Apply glue onto area of fish you want covered with paper and place balls of tissue paper on it. You can do one or both sides.

Puncture small hole on the top and thread fishing line through.

Hang so that the fish look like they are floating through the air.

Brian says:

Use different colors of tissue paper to create patterns on the fish.

Glue a two to three inch piece of brown yarn on the mouth so that it hangs down slightly to make it look like the fish is eating a worm.
