Roll of poster paper, pencil, crayons, markers or paints.
Roll out enough paper for the child to lie down on. Have the child lay still. Carefully trace the child’s outline in pencil. Colour in features, clothes and anything else your imagination can think of.
“If you have more than one child include them all by having the tallest lay down first, followed by the next size and ending with the smallest. Have each child lay down just to the side of the previous child so the drawings are staggered.”
“You can also have the child strike a pose such as running, flexing a muscle or holding a ball.”
